109 Prince Street

Aesthetic

This cast-iron building in Manhattan’s SoHo neighborhood is recognized both in the National Register of Historic Places and as a New York City Landmark. Our award-winning restoration of this impressive corner property called for an upgrade of all building systems and complete restoration of the cast iron façade. We had new castings fabricated to replace damaged pieces and installed new custom windows throughout. Utilizing a special permit sponsored by the City Planning Commission, we converted the ground floor and cellar into an upscale retail space and created four residential units on the upper floors.
