Social Science Research Council

Kostow Greenwood took a nondescript office building with low ceilings and transformed it to a space with character, color, and a palpable sense of movement. We played the interior’s dominant, rectilinear office grid against a curved pathway that leads from the entrance to the large conference room; to heighten the motif, we repeated the same fluid shape in the ceiling design. The open work plan wraps around the perimeter of the space in order to optimize dramatic views and natural light. Splashes of vibrant color enliven the workspace and accentuate the Latin American artwork displayed throughout the building.
