Kostow Greenwood led the master planning effort to restore the former Bethlehem Steel site, bringing the 126-acre brownfield back from years of neglect. The revitalization strategy involved a comprehensive analysis of over 30 existing historic structures, review of surrounding urban issues and a detailed study of the site conditions. While directing a large team of consultants through the 2-year pre-development phase.
