In transforming the top floor of the landmark Starrett-Lehigh building for Smart Design, an international product design firm, Kostow Greenwood developed a colorful and creative open work environment within the existing raw, industrial space. Above the entrance, a tall, light-drenched clerestory ornamented with letters salvaged from an old theater greets visitors.
We installed wireless internet and telephone systems that allow untethered movement throughout the ever-evolving space.
