The project is an addition to the Tenuta Terraviva Winery. The project transforms an underutilized plot of land on the winery into a 4 unit agriturismo featuring a kitchen, pool, and views of the pristine hills of Tortoreto and the Adriatic Sea. The design of the project is based on a simple bar building that sits above the landscape, which is constructed with local building materials and techniques.
