Kostow Greenwood sought a young, fresh, and forward thinking feel for the spinoff agency M + C Saatchi to distinguish it from its more corporate parent company, the international giant Saatchi and Saatchi. We placed great emphasis on designing a completely open workspace with a variety of shared common areas to encourage collaboration.
We integrated new mechanical and electrical systems into the badly neglected historic interior and added theatrical lighting systems and audio/video production capabilities into the fabric of the existing building.
